AA Garage Guide supports development of JS Motors

Flourishing relationship with JS Motors demonstrates the potential of the fast-growing AA Garage Guide platform.
Looking to maximise its opportunities, JS Motors joined AA Garage Guide platform in February 2017, and have seen great success with new customers coming through the platform, using official AA branding and being apart of the new tow-ins network. The listing on AA Garage Guide brings an additional 3 or 4 bookings a week and in most cases they have seen the new customers come back for repeat business too.

Investing time proves beneficial

 

JS Motors did initially question the time spent needed to generate quotations for enquiries, but found that putting the investment and time in setting everything up correctly and then have a timely response to the enquiries worked very effectively to get the most of out of being on the AA Garage Guide.

Achieving AA Certified Status

 

JS Motors became AA Certified in April 2017 , achieving an outstanding 97 per cent in the AA inspection, which is a reflection of the standard of garages working with the Garage Guide. The AA Certified status allows JS Motors to make use of AA Branding in the garage.

Helping out with Member breakdowns

 

JS Motors has also been involved in the pilot of the new tow-in network receiving member breakdowns from local AA Patrols who can’t be repaired at the roadside. The relationship has been extremely successful with patrols quickly entrusting their breakdown customers.

Reduction in quoting for jobs

 

The AA Guide Price product which reduces the need to respond to quotes. It gives the customer an
estimated price based on their vehicle, which helps them when making a decision on what book
online. A garage can then amend this if they need to like a quote request.

AA Guide Price is calculated based on manufacturer’s service schedules, parts pricing and uses the garage’s own labour rate.
